Port Jeff Gymnastics provides a fun environment for kids aged 14 months to 18 years old to experience gymnastics and ninja. We offer weekly recreational classes, and host birthday parties and run seasonal camps. We are excited to welcome you and your child through our doors!

Conveniently located in the heart of Port Jefferson Station, Port Jeff Gymnastics is easily accessible from Port Jefferson, Setauket, Stony Brook, Mount Sinai, Miller Place, Rocky Point, Coram, Selden, Centereach, and surrounding communities. Our 6,500-square-foot, fully air-conditioned facility features a full range of gymnastics training equipment for athletes of all ages and skill levels, a dedicated party room, and ample on-site parking. We’re excited to welcome families to a facility that has been home to children’s gymnastics for over 40 years, now beginning a new chapter under independent ownership.

Coach Holly
- Coach Holly brings over 30 years of gymnastics coaching experience to Port Jeff Gymnastics, having worked with athletes at every level – from parent/child classes to competitive teams. Known for her expertise and passion, Coach Holly has guided countless gymnasts to achieve their highest potential. After many years of coaching high-caliber athletes, Coach Holly has transitioned to teaching recreational classes, where she creates a fun and supportive environment for all. Her goal is to ensure that every child not only learns new skills but also leaves each class with a smile, feeling confident and accomplished. With her wealth of knowledge and nurturing approach, Coach Holly continues to inspire and positively impact young gymnasts every day.
